Itinerary
- Day 1
Alice Springs to Uluru
Starting with a pickup from Alice Springs Hotel Aurora, you'll head out toward Uluru with stops at Mt Connor lookout and Curtin Springs to break up the drive. Lunch happens along the way, and then you'll spend time at the Aboriginal Cultural Centre learning about Red Centre traditions and what these lands mean to the people who've lived here. From there, the base walk around Uluru lets you see rock art, sacred waterholes like Mutitjulu, and Kantju Gorge up close. The day winds down watching Uluru's colours shift through sunset, followed by dinner with the other travellers on the tour.

- Day 2
Uluru to Kings Canyon
You'll wake before sunrise to be in position for the light show over Uluru, experiencing the quiet and remarkable colour changes of early morning. After that, you're headed to Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) where you'll walk through either the Valley of the Winds or Walpa Gorge depending on your preference, with great views of these ancient dome-shaped formations surrounding you. Once you're back at camp for a meal, you'll travel to the Kings Canyon region and catch another outback sunset, then gather around the campfire for dinner with traditional elements.

- Day 3
Kings Canyon to Alice Springs
After breakfast, you'll head out early to tackle Kings Canyon's Rim Walk in Watarrka National Park, where 100-metre cliffs and dramatic sandstone rise around you. The guide will talk through the ancient geology, the distinctive plants and wildlife, and the cultural significance as you work through the sweeping outback views. Your return to Alice Springs happens via the main highway or one of the scenic routes like Mereenie Loop or Ernest Giles Road, with arrival between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm.
