From start to finish, we were personally looked after with genuine care and attention. The TourRadar team was fantastic — always right at our front door to ensure we arrived and departed for each destination on time. Their warmth, love, and constant care made the entire journey feel smooth and stress-free. In Santa Cruz, our stay at Coloma Hotel was made special by Fernanda and Alexander, whose hospitality was heartfelt and sincere. A highlight was the freshly brewed afternoon coffee they prepared just for us — a thoughtful and personal touch. In Isabela Island, we were warmly welcomed at Loja Hotel. Diego Montalvo and his team took excellent care of us — the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. A lovely poolside gala dinner was arranged for our last evening (Sept 14), which we truly appreciated, although the food didn’t quite meet expectations (some of the meats were overcooked). That aside, everything else was handled with such attention and warmth. We’re truly grateful for the seamless planning, kind hospitality, and unforgettable memories.
