Alireza· October 27th, 2024Overall everything was good except the first night when we arrived at Istanbul airport , our flight had one hour delayed ,we were rushing to get to the gate #8 where our tour representative suppose to meet us he had left our name written in big letter on the board but himself no where to find finally another person who said he is not working for our tour reluctantly found us a car to take us to our Hotel very late almost 3 Am . few days after we brought this to tour operator 's tour attention and he promised us they will investigate and come back to us. until this day we have not heard any thing from them.Show more
