- Day 1
Istanbul
After getting picked up from the airport, you'll take a boat through the Bosphorus and see Ottoman palaces, mosques, and bridges from the water. Your guide points out the history behind spots like Dolmabahce Palace and Galata Tower. Later you head to the Asian side to walk through Beylerbeyi Palace, then up to Camlica Hill where you get views across the whole city. There's time for shopping on the way back to your hotel.

Istanbul to Çanakkale
Early morning drive takes you to Canakkale to see Troy, the legendary city from Homer's Iliad. You'll walk around the replica wooden Trojan horse, check out excavation displays, and see the ancient walls from Troy VI, the Temple of Athena, and the Odeon. Your guide walks you through the epic Trojan War story and its place in Western literature.

Çanakkale to Kuşadası
Start with the House of the Virgin Mary, a sacred site visited by multiple popes over the years. Next stop is a traditional carpet weaving center where you'll see one of Turkey's oldest crafts. Then you wander through Ephesus and find the Odeon, Temple of Hadrian, the Great Theater, and the Celsus Library. Walking on marble streets over 2,000 years old, you also visit the Basilica of St. John.

Kuşadası to Pamukkale
You'll drive roughly 190 km to Pamukkale to see white travertine terraces created by hot spring water. The ancient city of Hierapolis sits above, with Roman Baths, a Gymnasium, Great Church, Temple of Apollo, Ancient Theater, and Byzantine Gate to explore. Later you get free time to swim in the warm mineral water at the famous Cleopatra Pool.

Cappadocia

Start at the Goreme Open Air Museum to see rock-cut churches with well-preserved frescoes inside. From there, move to Pasabagi to see the world-famous Fairy Chimneys, then walk through Cavusin Village and Devrent Valley. Stop at Urgup Three Beauties and finish at Red Valley where the light is perfect for photography.

Cappadocia to Adiyaman
Early drive to Adiyaman gets you to Mount Nemrut, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site sitting 2,150 meters high. The mountain holds colossal statues from King Antiochus's temple and tomb, plus art from the Commagene civilization. You'll also see Old and New Castles, Karakus Hill, and Cendere Bridge. Most visitors come for sunrise or sunset views from this remarkable spot.

Adiyaman to Şanlıurfa
Visit Gobekli Tepe, the world's oldest known temple that predates Stonehenge by 6,000 years. After your guided tour, head to Sanliurfa to see the Archaeology and Mosaic Museum, Turkey's largest museum complex with life-size replicas of Gobekli Tepe's megaliths. Then visit Abraham Pool, believed to be where Abraham was thrown into fire before God turned it to water, and the cave thought to be his birthplace.

Early flight gets you to Istanbul where you'll explore the city's main historical sites. Tour Hagia Sophia, an architectural work built by Constantine and later reconstructed by Justinian. Then through Topkapi Palace you'll see collections of crystal, silver, Chinese porcelain, and imperial treasures including the Holy Mantle. You'll check out the Blue Mosque with its blue Iznik tiles, walk through the ancient Hippodrome with its monuments, and browse the Grand Covered Bazaar with over 4,000 shops before heading to the airport.
