- Katharine· April 24th, 2025The tour was actually organised by a Turkish company - TravelShop for Greca. It was basically a series of day tours with hotels, most meals and transfers included. Each evening I got a WhatsApp message advising what time I would be picked up the next day. Overall it went pretty smoothly - only one pick up time was wrong. A couple of hotels had trouble finding a booking under my name but it was sorted once I mentioned TravelShop. The day tours covered everything you would want to see although the quality of the guides varied. The tour company even flew me from Antalya to Cappadocia when there weren’t enough people for a road transfer at no extra cost. The hotels were all 4 star and of a good quality overall without being outstanding. It was a little lonely as I was travelling by myself. It is not like a group tour where you are with the same group of people for the whole trip. On the plus side it meant on some days there were only a handful of people on the day tour.Show more

Asked on April 6th, 2025I am interested in booking this group tour for Turkey as a solo traveller. I have the following questions: 1. Are international flight tickets included - London to Istanbul? 2. Are early morning pickups available between 12 midnight to 3am from Istanbul airport to hotel transfers on July 1? 3. Will there be a possibility to have a local travel assistance on July 9 night to Istanbul airport for departure instead of July 10 as per itinerary?

Since the cost of them is dynamic, instead of the fixed price of the package, we can quote and include them separately, once the main reservation made. 2. Yes, we can arrange the pick up from the airport, at any time. Could you clarify which would be the exact time of your arrival? However, I would like to mention that in case you arrive early in the morning in Turkey, we have to include 1 extra pre-tour night in Istanbul, since normally the check-in in the hotels starts after 15:00 PM. 3. On the day 9 of your itinerary, July 9th, you will return from Bursa to Istanbul. The approximate time of your arrival in Istanbul, will be in the afternoon-night, after 19:30 PM. Once you arrive in Istanbul, we can arrange another transportation from the hotel to the airport, to take your return flight.
