What is the Safari Pass?

Every Acacia Small Group Safari and Short Safari & Trek, has a Safari Pass which is paid to your tour leader in Africa at the beginning of the tour (or pre-paid by arrangement prior to your tour). This is separate and in addition to the Tour Price, and covers selected park entries, activities and excursions along the way where payment goes directly to the supplier to ensure local suppliers benefit directly from the income.

Was only 4 of us, started off strong, Kruger experience was amazing, Zimbabwe was good, Botswana had highs and lows but was the least cohesive part.

Otherall we thought the tour was good. We naively didn't realise how much driving there would be on a daily basis, and with hindsight think it would have been better to add an extra day so that less miles would need to be travelled each day. On the hole the stops were good and accommodation excellent.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before January 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of $300 is required to confirm your booking with Acacia Adventure Holidays. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 61 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Acacia Adventure Holidays will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Acacia Adventure Holidays" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
