- FPFarnaz· July 10th, 2025This was a great tour of Turkey to be able to see lots in a short period of time. First of all, Kodoos to our tour guide Ali who was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. Next, the hotel locations were all central so we could go out during the evenings and enjoy the town centres. Lastly, lunch places were all excellent in terms of both location and the food. Overall a very pleasant experience and highly recommended :)Show moreTrip date: June 2025
- HDHarsh· June 23rd, 2025The itinerary was great. Got a good feel for Turkey. Our tour Guide Efe was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the history of the various monuments that we visited. The hotel in Istanbul, Celal Sultan was not the best. It had very small rooms, you could barely open your checked luggage, we stayed here twice. First time, we were in the old part of the hotel. We had to climb stairs for one floor t to reach the room since the lift only went to the third floor and our room was on the fourth floor.Show moreTour Altinkum Travel commented on this reviewDear Harsh, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. - DDDavid· June 4th, 2025Great trip because of our tour guide Efe. Small issues prevented me from giving it five stars: —meet and greet at Istanbul airport not smooth. Had to wait 30 minutes for transport. —tour advertised a cable car ride to a mountain summit outside Antalya. That cable car has not operated in a year. —some of the lunch buffets were less than optimal. The sit down lunches were much better.Show moreTour Altinkum Travel commented on this reviewDear David, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're so glad to hear that Efe made your trip memorable—he truly is a fantastic guide. - MSMELISA· May 25th, 2025Transfers to and from the airports were flawless. Our tour guide, Mert, was good. The hotel in Istanbul (Celal Sultan) is very close to the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and Hagia Sofia, but water pressure was low the elevator did not work. Efe Hotel in Kusadasi was great. Best Western Khan Hotel in Antalya was ok. Melekler Evi Cave Hotel in Cappadocia was terrible - the lower level of our two level room was very stuffy due to lack of ventilation and the bed was not very clean. The transfers between cities were efficient.Show moreTrip date: May 2025
- JSJade· May 21st, 2025Tour was OK, but the leader never spent any time with the group other than on the bus. Never ate with us and was not particularly approachable. Also didn't lilke that leader wanted to take photos of everyone's passport on their personal phone to whatsapp to all the hotels for pre-checkin. When we indicated that we preferred not to as it was an enormous identity theft risk to do this, he was extremely rude about it. Sending information like that is dangerouns and also does not comply with GDPR. If you sell tours in EU you still must comply.Show moreTrip date: October 2024
- Marilyn· May 8th, 2025My recent trip to Turkey was nothing short of extraordinary. Over 10 days, I explored stunning landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture—all made even more special by an outstanding tour guide who brought every destination to life. From the bustling streets of Istanbul, where the aroma of freshly brewed Turkish tea filled the air, to the breathtaking rock formations of Cappadocia, every moment felt like stepping into a beautifully woven story. Strolling through the ancient ruins of Ephesus, I was captivated by the grandeur of its preserved columns and amphitheaters, while Pamukkale’s dreamy white travertine terraces made for an unforgettable stop. Above all, my tour guide, Barbaros , was this experience's heart. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and kindness made every site feel more meaningful. Whether sharing fascinating historical insights or leading hidden-gem discoveries, they transformed this journey into one of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re considering a trip to Turkey, don’t hesitate—it’s an adventure that will stay with you forever! And don't be afraid to book your tour through Tour Altinkum Travel via TourRadar.Show moreTrip date: March 2025

- CCharltte· April 17th, 2025Our tour was an unqualified success. It was well planned and well executed, offering an interesting mix of historical and contemporary points of interest in Turkey. The pacing of the tour was excellent, interspersing visits to historical sites with those relevant to modern Turkish industry including carpet, pottery, textile, jewellery and leather wear production. The food, lodging and transportation provided were good and comfortable Our guide, Ali was superb. His knowledge of the history and culture of the civilizations that have inhabited the area was encyclopedic. He was able to provide context.that greatly amplified the understanding g of the importance of the many sites visited. Asked on June 15th, 2025I am looking for a tour that starts July 21 and finishes July 29 starting at Istanbul ending in Dalaman for two people
- Tour Altinkum TravelOperator•Written June 2025
We can modify the program. There is no direct flight from Kayseri to Dalaman on 29th July. We can arrange a connecting flight from Kayseri to Dalaman via Istanbul after your Cappadocia tour on 29th July. You would arrive in Dalaman at approximately 22:20 on the same day. We can arrange a transfer to your hotel in Dalaman. On 30th July, we will organize a transfer from your hotel to Dalaman Airport for your 06:30 am flight. There will be an additional cost of 150 USD per person for this arrangement, which covers the connecting flight and both airport transfers price difference.

This tour is a small-group experience with a maximum of 12 participants. Our 2026 prices will be announced within the next month and will be available to view on our website. Asked on April 28th, 2025Are we able to transfer to Ankara from Cappadocia instead of Istanbul? Ideally we would like to catch a bus or organise a car service.
- Tour Altinkum TravelOperator•Written April 2025
This is a package tour, so normally you have an airport transfer and a flight to Istanbul on your 9th day. Would you like to stay one more night in Cappadocia and have a private transfer to Ankara instead? There may be an extra charge for this, and I would need to check with the operations department. Could you please clarify which day you would need the transfer to Ankara?

Traveler•Written April 2025Can we tailor a little further please as we will not be requiring accommodation and the tour in Istanbul? 1. Remove accommodation, airport pick up and tours in Istanbul. We will join the tour for the Airport transfer to Izmir. 2. Remove flight from Cappadocia to Istanbul and any further transfers and accommodation. We will do our own thing after hotel checkout in Cappadocia. Please advise if this is possible and updated costings for 2 people?
- Tour Altinkum TravelOperator•Written April 2025
Unfortunately, for this specific package tour, it is not possible to remove accommodations or offer a partial refund, as the tour is sold as a complete package. However, we do offer other tours with fewer days and more flexible options. You can explore all our available tours. Please feel free to let us know if you'd like help selecting a tour that better fits your preferences.

Please kindly note that the hotels have luggage rooms available. You may leave your luggage at the Istanbul hotel; they will safely store it for you in the luggage room while you are away, as you will be returning to stay at the same hotel for your last night in Istanbul.
