Ho Chi Minh City
Your representative meets you at the airport or train station and takes you to your hotel. After settling in, grab a welcome coffee while they walk through all the details of your trip. The rest of the day is yours to wander around Ho Chi Minh City at your own pace and get oriented.

Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho
Head out at 8:00 AM on a one-and-a-half-hour drive to My Tho, passing rice fields and the Vam Co Dong river. Stop at a rest area to check out a bonsai garden. You'll see the ancient Vinh Trang Pagoda, then take a motorized boat through Tien River to spot local stilt houses and fishing farms near four islands. Explore Thoi Son Islet and visit a honey bee farm. Later, take a hand-rowed sampan through coconut groves and stop at a coconut candy workshop, then see Unicorn Island's crocodile farm. Grab lunch in an orchard garden before heading to Can Tho for the evening at your hotel or optional homestay.

Walk through rice vermicelli noodle production and orchard gardens, then cross a bamboo bridge made from a single tree. After cruising back to Ninh Kieu wharf, have lunch and return to Ho Chi Minh City by 5:00 PM.

Leave your hotel for Cu Chi Tunnels as the landscape shifts from city hustle to quiet rural scenery with rice paddies and roadside vendors. Tour the 155-mile underground tunnel network including pathways, hideouts, sleeping quarters, meeting rooms, hospitals, and the Hoang Cam Stove. Watch a wartime film and explore trap doors and underground quarters. See bomb craters, ammunition shops, and the Museum of Self-made Weapons. There's an option to fire M-15, AK-47, and carbine rifles at the National Defense Sports Shooting Range. Before heading back to your hotel, enjoy Vietnamese Pho soup and local tapioca recipe.
