Nuremberg
You'll arrive in Nuremberg in the afternoon and get settled into your floating hotel. The cruise director hosts a welcome cocktail reception to get everyone acquainted, and then you'll have a welcome dinner on board to kick things off as the ship gets ready for the journey ahead.

Bamberg
The ship moves through the Main-Danube Canal and pulls into Bamberg by morning. You can join a guided tour of this UNESCO World Heritage city to see the Baroque facades and half-timbered houses, or if you prefer something more active, there's a bike tour available through the AMADEUS Active Program.

Würzburg
You'll dock in Würzburg around breakfast time. A morning city tour covers the cultural highlights, and you'll get to do a wine tasting before lunch back on the ship. Later in the afternoon, culture fans can head out to the medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber before the ship leaves early that evening.

- Day 4
Miltenberg
After breakfast the ship arrives in Wertheim. A combined tour takes you through both Wertheim and Miltenberg, where you'll walk medieval streets, see half-timbered houses, and visit the Wertheim Glass Museum. The tour finishes in Miltenberg where the ship is already waiting. You'll have the afternoon to relax on board and take in the river views.

Rüdesheim
You dock in the wine town of Rüdesheim after breakfast. Before lunch, explore the famous Drosselgasse on your own or go on a guided tour to see the Music Cabinet with its collection of music automata. There's also the option to visit the Asbach Distillery to learn about brandy production. In the afternoon, head up to the sun deck to experience one of the Rhine's most scenic stretches near the Loreley. The ship arrives in Cologne shortly before midnight.

Cologne
You'll have the full day in Cologne, a city loaded with history and home to famous landmarks. Join a morning city tour to get oriented, then in the afternoon nature lovers can head to Germany's first nature reserve at the National Park Seven Mountains, where you'll see castle ruins of Drachenfels with great views of the Rhine Valley.

- Day 7
Amsterdam
The ship docks in Utrecht early, and after breakfast you head out on a tour to Amsterdam with a canal cruise through the waterways while learning about the city's history. Later you return to the ship for lunch, then travel to Waterland in North Holland to visit Volendam and Edam with a cheese tasting included. A bike tour through the Dutch countryside is an alternative option. Later that evening, catch a Shanty Choir performance on board while the ship is anchored in Amsterdam.
