Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Stockholm
Your flight brings you into Stockholm, and a shared transfer takes you to the city center. Depending on when you land, you'll have time to wander around on your own or look into optional activities. You might catch an archipelago cruise, check out the Vasa Museum with its preserved 17th-century warship, or head to Drottningholm Palace if you're up for it.

- Day 2
Stockholm to Turku
Today's a city tour showing you how Stockholm spans 14 islands connected by 57 bridges. You'll see Gamla Stan, the medieval heart of the city, then visit the Royal Palace and check out the church and city hall. Later in the afternoon, you'll take the ferry to Turku in an outside cabin, so pack layers and bring a camera for the water views.

Helsinki - Jyväskylä
You arrive in Turku in the morning and get a quick tour of Finland's oldest city before heading toward Helsinki. There you'll do a city tour highlighting the Russian-Byzantine style and why locals call it the 'daughter of the Baltic Sea'. From there, you drive to Jyväskylä for dinner and your overnight stay.

Rovaniemi
The drive heads north through the Finnish Lake District with a stop in Oulu, a historic trading town that serves as your gateway to the Arctic. You'll continue to Rovaniemi in Lapland, where urban culture meets Arctic wilderness. After a panoramic drive through the city and some free time to explore on your own, you'll have dinner and settle in for the night.

Sámi Region - Saariselkä
This morning you drive to Santa Claus Village where you can greet Santa and officially cross the Arctic Circle. Then you'll head into the Sámi world to see Lapland's oldest church in Sodankylä before arriving at Saariselkä, a former Sámi settlement now known as a winter sports resort.

Inari - North Cape - Honningsvåg
You'll pass Lake Inari, sacred to the Sámi people, on your way to Inari. From there the route crosses into deserted wilderness and over the border into Norway, passing Porsangerfjord, the longest fjord in northern Norway. You arrive in Honningsvåg by evening for dinner before heading to the North Cape.

Tromso
The drive goes along the coast through Norwegian highlands past Alta, which has Bronze Age rock carvings worth knowing about. You'll pass through the fjords of Kværangen and Reisa, taking in the scenery. By late evening you reach Tromsø, sometimes called the Paris of the North for its cultural scene.

- Day 8
Narvik
A morning panoramic tour shows you around Tromsø, and then you'll have free time to explore the city on your own. Later you head toward Narvik, known for its ore port and its role as a battleground during World War II. You're staying two nights here, so you can get a real feel for the place.

Lofoten Islands
Today you travel to the Lofoten Islands, one of Norway's top destinations known for their distinctive beauty. The archipelago has about 80 islands, and the name comes from Old Norse meaning 'lynx foot'. This is a particularly good spot for seeing the midnight sun if it's the right season.

- Day 10
Sweden - Kiruna
You cross the border back into Sweden and pass Abisko National Park and Lake Torneträsk, known for their unspoiled landscapes and rarely spotted wildlife. You'll arrive in Kiruna, a well-known ore mining town where you should make time to see the large wooden church.

Gammelstad - Luleå
Leaving Kiruna, you drive toward Luleå. Just before the city you stop in Gammelstad, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the former town center of Luleå with a historic church village worth seeing. After that, you continue to modern-day Luleå.

Umeå - Sundsvall
The route follows the coast passing islands and skerries before reaching Umeå, which held the title of European Capital of Culture in 2014. The city sits on the River Umeälven and has a young vibe thanks to its university. From there you drive along the High Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where the land is rising at the fastest rate in the world, with steep granite cliffs and rocky islands creating dramatic scenery.

Sigtuna - Stockholm
Your first stop is Uppsala where you'll see the cathedral from the outside. After that, you visit Sigtuna, a charming town with a special town hall. You'll reach Stockholm by evening, completing your journey through Scandinavia.

Departure from Stockholm
It's time to head out. A shared transfer to the airport is available at two set times, so make sure you plan your morning around whichever option works for your flight.
