- Day 1
Arrival in Mexico City
You'll get settled into your hotel after arriving in Mexico. There's free time to get oriented and rest up from travel. Your guide will reach out later in the afternoon to go over what's coming up on the tour.

- Day 2
Mexico City and Teotihuacan
After breakfast, you'll start exploring Mexico City at the Plaza of the Three Cultures. Then it's a 40 km drive out to Teotihuacan where you'll walk through the Pyramids of the Sun and Moon, the Temple of Quetzalcoatl, the Citadel, and the Avenue of the Dead. There's also time at a local artisan center. On the way back, you'll stop at the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe before heading to the hotel for the rest of the day free.

- Day 3
Cuernavaca - Taxco
After breakfast, you'll head to Tepoztlan, a wellness destination known for its green hillside and small pyramid. You can wander the town streets and check out the artisan market on your own. From there, it's on to Cuernavaca to see Hernán Cortés' palace, the cathedral, and local gardens and parks with time for lunch. Later, you'll drive into Taxco, a mountain town known for silver work and colonial architecture with cobblestone streets. The evening is free to explore before settling in.

- Day 4
Acapulco
After breakfast, you'll travel through the mountains to Chilpancingo where there's a regional museum featuring murals about Mexico's history. Then it's on to Acapulco to relax on the beach and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. In the afternoon, you can visit La Fortaleza, a 17th-century fort that was built to defend against pirates. After that, you'll head to your hotel with free time for the rest of the day.

- Day 5
Acapulco to Zihuatanejo
After breakfast, you'll drive 230 km along the Pacific Coast to Zihuatanejo, a coastal town with nice beaches and cobblestone streets. You'll take a 10-minute boat ride to Playa Las Gatas, which you can only reach by water. There you can swim, relax, and have lunch at local spots. You'll head back by boat, check into your accommodation, and have free time for the rest of the evening.

- Day 6
Janitzio Island
As you travel, the landscape shifts from desert into the green mountains of Michoacan. You'll stop at Lake Patzcuaro and board a 30-minute boat to Janitzio, an island where the Purépecha community lives and preserves their traditions including butterfly-net fishing. Lunch is at local restaurants, then you can walk through traditional streets and optionally climb to the José María Morelos statue. After, you'll return by boat to Patzcuaro, a beautiful colonial town with pre-Hispanic history and artisan shops.

- Day 7
Cuitzeo del Porvenir - Return to Mexico City
You'll head to Morelia, Michoacan's capital and a UNESCO World Heritage Site with pink stone buildings and a historic center. There's the Cathedral, Plaza de Armas, and the university from 1540 to see, plus time to walk around and eat lunch. Then you'll go to Cuitzeo del Porvenir next to Mexico's second-largest lake where you can visit the 16th-century Ex-Convent of Santa María Magdalena and walk its cobblestone streets. In the evening, you'll drive back to Mexico City, arriving around 7:30 p.m.
