What people love about Mexico Tours from Mexico City
- Mexico Unplugged (from Mexico City to Isla Cozumel)
This trip was amazing. For me, a once-in-a-lifetime experience with ruins, waterfalls, and jungle. I strongly recommend it if you're good at the hot outdoors. Many hotels had no air conditioner but they did have fans. Near the end, a few had air conditioners. I'm a suit and tie guy and this was unlike anything I had ever done at 50. I had to get out of my comfort zone and roll with the way things happened. I was fit enough for it but was still challenged all along the way. Challenged in a good way. The sites are amazing. My group was fun. The tour leader, Juan Carlos Martinez, was amazing. If interested in ancient ruins of Mexico, DO THIS! I strongly recommend it. Great job, Intrepid!
- Aztecs & Mayas
Wow, it's like travelling to a whole different world. It's highly recommended if you like ancient sites. My wife said Mexican food was the best food she tried in years... very delicious, we really loved the ancient Aztec and Mayan ruins, Cenotes, and ending in Cancun was amazing. We were given a time to meet the tour guide every day in morning, and each location had different tour guides. We felt safe. Just a word of caution, bring pepto bismol for travellers diarrhea. My wife had 3 days of diarrhea/vomiting, and I had 9 days... also bring extra underwear. I got it from drinking horchata in a rural place (Chiapas near Ocosingo) and my wife got it in Mexico City at a buffet (maybe the coffee) so maybe it really was the drink/water for Montezuma's Revenge. Overall, would highly recommend, Mexico is a wonderful place and amazing place to visit! Memories forever.
- Unforgettable Mexico
Despite language difficulties I found the tour better than my expectations. The guides were good and considerate and the drivers were very experienced. Also, I believe the people made the tour particularly joyful. We all got on so well and very helpful to each other - people from all corners of the world.
