Itinerary
- Day 1
Casablanca to Marrakech
Leave Casablanca early and head out for a 3-hour drive or train ride to Marrakech. Once you arrive, start by walking through Jemaa el-Fnaa square where you'll see musicians, performers, and food stalls all mixed together. After that, check out the Koutoubia Mosque and then Bahia Palace to see the intricate tile work and courtyards. By evening, head back into the Medina for dinner at a traditional riad where you'll have authentic Moroccan food.

Marrakech to M'Hamid
Start early and drive about 4 hours from Marrakech toward Ouarzazate, going up through the Tizi n'Tichka pass. Stop at Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO site with those incredible earthen buildings clinging to the hillside, then keep going through Zagora and the Draa Valley. You'll pull into M'Hamid by late afternoon where the Sahara really begins. Spend the night at a desert camp or guesthouse and have dinner under the stars, getting that first real sense of how big and quiet the desert actually is.

M'Hamid Desert Experience
Early morning brings a camel trek across the Sahara dunes where you'll have some quiet time to take in how vast it all is. After a few hours in the desert, you'll head back on an 8-9 hour drive to Marrakech with a couple stops built in to grab food and rest a bit. Rolling into Marrakech by evening, you'll have time to relax and have a calm dinner after that long stretch on the road.

Landmarks/POIs Sahara Desert - Day 4
Marrakech to Casablanca
After breakfast, drive back to Casablanca over 3 hours from Marrakech. If there's time before heading to the airport, grab a last look at Marrakech or pick up anything you missed. Once in Casablanca, visit the Hassan II Mosque or take a walk along the waterfront at the Corniche if your flight allows. Then head to the airport for your departure.
