The tour guides in Marrakesh and Fez were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our driver Abdaljalil and Fouad were excellent. Very experienced driver, both of them very helpful and punctual. Ismail was super fun to be around and very professional. He got us safely across the country and took us to wonderful places to see and eat. He had connections to awesome local restaurants so we got to experience a genuine Moroccan trip. Our drive and guide always made sure we had what we needed and that we were comfortable. He made stops for us at places he thought would be of interest to us and explained the context of the places. The local tour guides were also incredibly knowledgeable of the history and places. Overall, great cultural experiences and unforgettable trip. Beautiful country, history, and culture. - TCTiranjan· December 20th, 2019We had a wonderful time. Ismail was a great guide, a true gentleman, he has a lot of patience with questions we asked, was flexible and has a very great personality. He is a great addition to your company. Only neg was the Raid in boumalen dades. The heater didn't work and it was so cold in the room that we could not sleep at all. There are no hangers to hang your clothes. 2 of the outlets didn't work so couldn't charge one phone . Also the overall cleaniness was not there . the shower curtain was dirty and around the sink was mold. The sink faucet was not fixed completely to the sink . No bath liquid soap or shampoo was provided so we ended up not taking a shower. Also , it is stated that breakfast is included, but some places refuse to have breakfast ready before 9 a.m .In those cases we had to leave the raid without any food.
