We were emailed with directions for pick up time which didn’t happen in spite of the fact we waited at the agreed location for more than an hour earlier & an hour later than agreed pickup time. There wasn’t anyone to provide information or welcome us at the hotel either (after needing to take a taxi there). Our tour guide changed 4 times, bus & drivers 3 times throughout the journey. The old cramped bus for the Spain & Portugal tour was impossible to sit comfortably in due to the lack of space for knees (we have legalisation in our country regarding space between seats). One must sit for long periods on the bus between destinations I personally wouldn’t travel with this company again.Show more
