  This was a GREAT trip! I found the experiences with the guides wonderful. They were very informative and interesting.Inart of the trip I was the only English person. The guide that worked with me was Maria Hoyer. She was very very good, provided detailed information, was very easy to talk to and had a GREAT personality. This in particular is key to a memorable experience. She made that part of the trip very enjoyable

  Too much too fast! We needed more time in several spots, less in others. TA did not advice about the hectic pace. Madrud and Barcelona were extremely confusing with the changes in buses, groups, guides, etc.

  A wee bit disruptive changing guides, buses along the way - but it seems to be the way this particular tour works. At least 3 guides were very helpful and informative, and at the end of the day we got where we needed to get to. We only had one guide and driver for the Morocco section who were both excellent. This was the highlight of the tour by far. Its a big tour and very full on days, but the itinerary was very clear about that. If tourists got off their phones and listened to the guides more often they probably would keep up with all the information they needed.

  Not good. Hotel rooms were awful. We had 3 people in the rooms and there weren’t always real beds for the 3rd person. Very disorganised. Different bus and tour guide every day and sometimes they didn’t come into the hotel in the morning to let you they were having you for the day or what bus you were meant to be on. Our guide for Morocco was amazing but other than that the tour was a miss. It felt like in Spain they were trying to take you to a lot of things but time was not managed well and there’s only so many churches you can see before it is annoying. You see a lot of little things where there is nothing to do. We spent 4 and a half hours somewhere that made zero sense that didn’t have enough to justify being there that long. The English speaking group of 12 we had through Morocco and a bit of Portugal was the only good thing other than our Moroccan guide Mohammed.

  I have travel extensively with many different tour companies and found Eurobond the worst ever… being totally disorganized. Thank goodness for the Morocco stretch gave us consistency with a great tour guide and driver who catered for everyone amazingly. Spain is a filthy country, age and restaurant staff are the rudest I have ever come across. I would never return and would never recommend Spain as a holiday destination. Thankfully Portugal broke the torture. Thank goodness this is my last day.

  Our tour is not listed. We rook the Muslim Spain and Morocco tour. There is a serious lack of communication by Europamundo guides. At times we were informed that we did not have a guide, only to be informed AFTER our meeting time that a different guide would join us. In southern Morocco, we travelled in 100+ degree heat for 5-6 hours, multiple days in a van with a non functioning air conditioner. We were late leaving one AND late arriving to the next destination nearly every day. Several times we arrived after 9:30 pm and then had dinner. While s most hotels were quite nice, there were a couple which we subpar, 2 stars at best.

  Where to start? Barely anything went right, and oh so much went wrong. The organisation of the tour is disgraceful; itinerary was not followed, with so much being missed or a miniscule amount of time being given at sights of importance. We had 9 guides over the 22 days, with only two guides being helpful, knowledgeable and nice people. When guides were being changed, we did not know the following days onward travel plans, which is awfully stressful when you're on a tour. Due to changing bus and guide, we missed the entire city of Valencia and we just drove straight through it. The tour is not fully bilingual as specified on both tour radar and the Europamundo website. As the majority of travellers were Spanish speakers, the English speakers rarely received the same amount of information, or indeed any information at all, which led to so much frustration and confusion. The bus would make multiple hotel stops at the end of each travel day, meaning that the group could see the discrepancy in hotel quality that Spanish speakers were in (much nicer & in city centres), in comparison to the English group. Being so far out of the city centres, it made exploring in your own time very difficult. Having such long travel days and not being allowed to eat or drink on the buses as well as not being allowed to use the bus toilet is ridiculous! The last day was an experience! Our 'local guide' did not complete the walking tour's itinerary stops as he felt it was not interesting, and even when questioned, he simply pointed towards the buildings for us to go explore ourselves. Also, the air conditioning on our last bus was leaking the entirety of our journey, soaking multiple passengers so badly that we had to have umbrellas up to attempt to keep us dry. There was no attempt to offer apologies or change buses so we just had to sit on wet seats and essentially get rained on. We were also dropped in a 'city centre' hotel at 9ish PM on the final night, which was actually over 40 minutes away from the actual city centre. We were only informed the final day which hotel we would be dropped at, which is awful planning on Europamundos part, because leaving solo female travellers in the middle of nowhere at night time is serious bad practice. I will never recommend travelling with Europamundo.
