  This is the worst tour group I have ever booked with, and I have traveled with many different tour groups all over the world. If I could leave a review with zero stars, I definitely would. I took the 24-day Spain, Portugal, and Morocco tour and encountered so many issues and disappointments along the way. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced as well. I wrote to them several times throughout the trip and there was no resolution or acknowledgement of the issues I was experiencing. You get passed around to different guides almost every day, and they are impersonal at best and incompetent at worst. I got left behind during a city tour because the meetup point was not made clear, in the middle of a city, with no point of contact with a local guide. I had to pay for a 20 Euro taxi just to get back to my hotel, which was 20 minutes outside of the city. You also won't know who your guides are or your accommodation until the day of, if that. I had to specifically ask guides where we were staying as we were on the bus to the next town. Also, all of the hotels are at least 20 minutes, most of them 40 minutes, outside of the city center. I wasted so much additional money just getting to and from the central area of every stopover just to have things to do. I even had one guide just tell me to stay in the hotel and not go out several times. You also will not get your list of hotel accommodations ahead of time for planning purposes, and most of the time we didn't know the hotel until day of or even until we arrived at said hotel. The optional excursions and events are super touristy, not worth your time, and are easily twice as much as you can pay on your own. For example, a $70 Fado show if booked through Europamundo, versus $20-$30 if you book on your own. The entire itinerary is rushed and not paced well at all, either for bus stops, or overnight stays. My entire trip was disappointing, stressful, and not relaxing or fun. Don't waste thousands of dollars on this company, they are not worth your money and you will be significantly disappointed in your travels with zero customer service and no solutions.

  This was a GREAT trip! I found the experiences with the guides wonderful. They were very informative and interesting.Inart of the trip I was the only English person. The guide that worked with me was Maria Hoyer. She was very very good, provided detailed information, was very easy to talk to and had a GREAT personality. This in particular is key to a memorable experience. She made that part of the trip very enjoyable

  Too much too fast! We needed more time in several spots, less in others. TA did not advice about the hectic pace. Madrud and Barcelona were extremely confusing with the changes in buses, groups, guides, etc.

  Not good. Hotel rooms were awful. We had 3 people in the rooms and there weren’t always real beds for the 3rd person. Very disorganised. Different bus and tour guide every day and sometimes they didn’t come into the hotel in the morning to let you they were having you for the day or what bus you were meant to be on. Our guide for Morocco was amazing but other than that the tour was a miss. It felt like in Spain they were trying to take you to a lot of things but time was not managed well and there’s only so many churches you can see before it is annoying. You see a lot of little things where there is nothing to do. We spent 4 and a half hours somewhere that made zero sense that didn’t have enough to justify being there that long. The English speaking group of 12 we had through Morocco and a bit of Portugal was the only good thing other than our Moroccan guide Mohammed.

  I have travel extensively with many different tour companies and found Eurobond the worst ever… being totally disorganized. Thank goodness for the Morocco stretch gave us consistency with a great tour guide and driver who catered for everyone amazingly. Spain is a filthy country, age and restaurant staff are the rudest I have ever come across. I would never return and would never recommend Spain as a holiday destination. Thankfully Portugal broke the torture. Thank goodness this is my last day.

  Our tour is not listed. We rook the Muslim Spain and Morocco tour. There is a serious lack of communication by Europamundo guides. At times we were informed that we did not have a guide, only to be informed AFTER our meeting time that a different guide would join us. In southern Morocco, we travelled in 100+ degree heat for 5-6 hours, multiple days in a van with a non functioning air conditioner. We were late leaving one AND late arriving to the next destination nearly every day. Several times we arrived after 9:30 pm and then had dinner. While s most hotels were quite nice, there were a couple which we subpar, 2 stars at best.
