Arrival

Barcelona
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll explore Barcelona on a double-decker hop-on, hop-off bus at your own pace. You can take the orange West route to see the FC Barcelona stadium and the National Museum of Art of Catalonia, or the green East route with Park Güell, Sagrada Familia, and the city's modernist buildings. Barcelona to Madrid
You'll have breakfast at your hotel, then head to Barcelona Sants train station to catch a high-speed train to Madrid. Once you arrive, you'll transfer to your hotel and have the rest of the day free to do what you like.

Salamanca - Porto

Porto
Breakfast at your hotel comes first, then a panoramic tour of Porto shows you the Cathedral, Stock Exchange building, and Santa Clara church. You'll cruise the Douro River afterward to see the city from the water, and visit a well-known Port Wine Cellar for tasting. The rest of your day is free to explore on your own.

Coimbra - Fátima
You'll start with breakfast and head toward Coimbra, home to one of Europe's oldest universities and the birthplace of Fado music, where you'll have time to look around. From there, continue to Fátima, a major pilgrimage site. You'll see the impressive Basilica and Cova da Iria where the Virgin Mary appeared, plus the Chapel of the Apparitions and the tombs of the three shepherds. If you're interested, join the candlelight procession in the evening.

Next is the fishing town of Nazaré where you'll have free time, then Alcobaça with its Gothic church and 12th-century Cistercian monastery. Finally, you'll drive to Lisbon and arrive in Portugal's capital for your stay.

You'll head out after breakfast toward Mérida, capital of Extremadura and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Then continue driving to Cordoba, which was once the capital of the Caliphate.

Algeciras/Tarifa - Fez
You'll travel along the Costa del Sol route and arrive in Algeciras or Tarifa, then board a ferry for the short crossing to Africa across the Strait of Gibraltar. After clearing customs, you'll take a coach to Fez where dinner and overnight accommodation wait.

Fez

Then continue to Casablanca to check out United Nations Square, Corniche Boulevard, and the outside of the Hassan II Mosque. Lunch is free along the way, and you'll arrive in Marrakech with an optional traditional Fantasia Chez Ali dinner available.

After breakfast at your hotel, a city tour covers Marrakech, known as the Pearl of the South. You'll start at Menara Gardens with its pavilion and olive trees, then see the exterior of Koutoubia Minaret, the twin of Seville's Giralda. Inside the old city, visit Bahia Palace, once owned by a nobleman, and finish at Jemaa el-Fna Square where you can access the souks and medina with artisans working in woodwork, ceramics, leather, and spices. After hotel lunch, you'll depart to Casablanca for dinner and overnight.
