Itinerary
- Day 1
Reykjavik
You'll arrive in Reykjavik and board the Scenic Eclipse, an ultra-luxury yacht that'll be your home for the next week. After checking into your suite, there's a welcome glass of Champagne waiting, and you'll meet the captain and crew. It's a good chance to settle in and chat with other guests before heading out to explore Iceland's quirky capital.

Grundarfjordur
The ship takes you to Grundarfjordur on the Snaefellsnes Peninsula, where colorful houses dot the landscape and waterfalls cascade nearby. Kirkjufell mountain rises in the distance, so bring your camera. After exploring the volcanic terrain, you'll sail toward the Arctic Circle and continue on to Ittoqqortoormiit.

Ittoqqortoormiit
You'll dock in Ittoqqortoormiit, one of Greenland's most remote towns with around 350 people living above the Arctic Circle. A guided tour shows you how the community operates in this isolated location. You can visit the museum, the church, and a weather station, then get your passport stamped as a souvenir from the trip.

Landmarks Ittoqqortoormiit - Day 4
Scoresbysund
The ship navigates through Scoresbysund, a 350-kilometer fjord filled with towering icebergs breaking off from the Inland Ice. You can spend time on the Open Bridge with the Discovery Team to watch the landscape, or relax on your private verandah. Theater lectures about Arctic experiences run throughout the day.

Akureyri
In Akureyri, Iceland's second-largest city with 20,000 residents, you'll see the striking Akureyri Church and walk through one of the world's northernmost botanic gardens. The area has local legends about elves and hidden people, so there's some interesting history to learn about as you wander around.

Isafjordur
You'll reach Isafjordur in the Westfjords, a gateway to Iceland's northernmost peninsula. The Old Town has well-preserved colorful historic buildings worth walking through. The surrounding region offers waterfalls, hiking trails, and jagged cliffs if you want to get out and explore the Nordic landscape.

- Life & Culture experience at restored fisherman's hut revealing traditional fishing life, live music performance at historic church, Snæfjallaströnd valley visit, heritage museum exploration and Brennivín tasting with local delicacies

Dynjandi Waterfall
Weather permitting, you'll visit Dynjandi Waterfall, known as 'the thunder' because of its powerful cascades. The freezing mist hits you as the water tumbles down seven tiers over 100 meters like a bridal veil. Back on the yacht, you can relax at the spa and enjoy the ship's indulgent spaces.

The Scenic Eclipse returns to Reykjavik this morning. You'll have one final breakfast on board, then say goodbye to the crew and fellow passengers. It's time to disembark with memories from your week sailing through the Arctic.
