Vessel is a relic of times past but comfortable and easy to use on the itenary. Iquitos to Iquitos went smoothly and well, Lima had hot water issues at hotel and we were all uncomfortable with that. Monika tried hard but might need some training regarding dealing with difficulties. It combined many wildlife spotting opportunities with interesting visits/experiences at local villages along the route. There was something for everyone: lots of wildlife viewing, swimming in the river, cooking in a local village, a shaman visit, tuk tuk rides in Nauta, handicraft shopping, fishing for piranhas, and even a jungle hike to get a closer look at smaller wildlife.
