You'll arrive in Cape Town where an AmaWaterways representative meets you at the airport and takes you to your hotel. After settling in, there's a Welcome Reception where you can meet your Tour Director and get to know other travelers.

Cape Town
Today follows one of the world's most striking coastal drives, taking you past the 12 Apostles, Hout Bay, and Chapman's Peak Drive. You'll stop at the Cape of Good Hope and Boulders Beach to see African penguins up close, then grab lunch with drinks while overlooking False Bay.

Cape Town
You have options here. Take the cableway up Table Mountain and visit two Cape Winelands vineyards for tastings and lunch, or tour Robben Island with a former warden. Back in Cape Town, check out the colorful Bo Kaap neighborhood and ride the cableway back to the summit if you chose the vineyard route.

Chobe River
