Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo
You'll land at Cairo International Airport where your representative meets you. An air-conditioned vehicle takes you to your hotel, and during the drive you'll get information about Egypt and go over your tour plans. After checking in, you'll have the rest of the evening to settle in.
- Day 2
Giza, Memphis, Saqqara
Breakfast at Lounge 9 comes with direct views of the Pyramids. You'll spend the morning at the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, learning about the pharaohs and ancient Egyptian civilization. The afternoon takes you to Memphis to walk through the open-air museum, then on to Saqqara to see the Step Pyramid and explore the ancient necropolis. You're back at your hotel by evening.

Cairo
After breakfast at your hotel, you head to the Egyptian Museum to see Tutankhamon's treasures and learn about the development of Egyptian culture and art. The afternoon is yours to relax or take an optional tour if you want. Later, you'll board a dinner cruise on the Nile with city views and entertainment featuring oriental dances, including the Egyptian Tanoura dance.

Landmarks Egyptian Museum - Day 4
Islamic and Coptic Cairo
This morning starts with breakfast, then you spend the day exploring Islamic and Christian Cairo. You'll visit the Citadel of Saladin with its Alabaster Mosque and city views, then walk through historic Al Muizz street with its mosques, madrasas, and traditional architecture. There's time for a drink at a famous cafe in Khan El Khalili bazaar. In the afternoon, the Coptic Quarter includes the Hanging Church and the churches of St George and Abu Serga, finishing at the Synagogue of Ben Ezra before returning to your hotel.

Cairo to Luxor
You'll have breakfast, then transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Luxor, the ancient capital Thebes. After arriving and checking into your hotel, the afternoon takes you to the Karnak Temple complex, the largest religious building in Egypt with temples, chapels, towers, pylons, and the Sphinx Avenue. You'll also visit the Temple of Luxor before spending the night there.

West Bank
There's an optional hot air balloon excursion at dawn if you want aerial views of the temples. Breakfast follows at your hotel, then you head to the West Bank of the Nile and the Valley of the Kings where Tutankhamon's tomb was discovered. You'll continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut, built for Egypt's only female pharaoh, and see the Colossos of Memnon, which guarded King Amenhotep III's tomb. The night is spent back in Luxor.

Nile Felucca
After breakfast, you board a traditional felucca sailboat for a peaceful journey up the Nile. Along the river you'll experience local life and eat traditional Egyptian dishes during the sail. A stop at a typical farm lets you see rural life and walk through date palm groves. You return to Luxor as the sun sets behind the mountains and stay the night there.

Luxor to Hurghada
You'll have breakfast and then travel by road to Hurghada, a Red Sea resort town known for its clear waters, beaches, and marine life. After checking in to your hotel, you'll settle in for the night.

Landmarks Hurghada - Days 9 - 10
Hurghada
These are leisure days in Hurghada where you can relax by the pool, swim in the Red Sea, or take optional excursions to explore marine life and beaches. Your stay is on an all inclusive basis, so meals and drinks are covered.

Hurghada / Cairo to International Departure
It's time to head home. You have the option to depart from Hurghada Airport directly or return to Cairo for your international flight from there.
