The Legends of Egypt Tour by Planet tours exceeded out expectations. Their coordinator Omar looked after us through every pickup and transfer with high quality assitants, vehicles and drivers navigating us through the airports and complex traffic. The quality of accommodation thoughout was also very high. However the knowledge of their Egyptologists made it the right trip for us. In Cairo we worked with Mena and throughout the rest of the trip we worked with Midhat. Both were not mere guides but souces of knowledge not avialable without years of training. We cannot recommend Planet Tours highly enough for any serious history buffs. Let them look after you like they did us. (Do be prepared for some early starts. There is alot to fit into the time avaialable)

The trip went exactly as planned. With a very busy schedule, logistics are complicated, yet a Planet tour agent was present at every stage. Simple, precise and efficient. A huge thank you to our guide from Luxor to Aswan, Mostafa Morid. Mostafa is an extraordinary guide who loves his job, doesn't count his time and loves to pass on his knowledge of Egyptian history. If this trip was more than top-notch, it's largely thanks to Mostafa.

A wonderfull tour, i enjoy very mnute of it. thanks to abdul, who helps me in the hotel in Cairo, the guide in Cairo, the chaufeurs who brought us every day to fantastic places, the crew from the esmeralda en offcourse Peter who stay by me the whole time in luxor and on the schip.they all make my holiday unforgotten.I made friends and a lot of beautiful memorie.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 27th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 27th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Planet Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
