  My recent Kilimanjaro trek with Tanzania Wildlife Adventures was everything and much more that we expected. I am happy that our hosts had taken care of every aspect of the tour and it was clearly evident from the moment we arrived in Tanzania. We were met by a representative from Tanzania Wildlife Adventures. We were taken to our hotel where we met with our guides – Juma and Martin who proceeded to inspect our gear. The actual trek was well organized and well provided for. The crew was experienced, patient and friendly. They did an excellent job with us, ensuring that we were well fed, safe and in good hands. I cannot recommend Tanzania Wildlife Adventures enough for those thinking of Kilimanjaro trekking.

  This is a once in a lifetime experience, we finally harmonized our schedules and shook off the fear to an adventure that I will not forget in a hurry. The weather in April was mixed as we started off with dreary times when the clouds covered everything, obscuring the views and bam! the on last 3 days the skies were clear, the sun shone and it was like a magic land. Trekking is not easy and requires physical and mental determination to get to the summit. We had an amazing team of guides, porters and chef behind our trek and they did an awesome job. They took charge of the trek and remained with us from the start to the summit and back to Moshi. I have nothing but praise for our hosts. Everything went smoothly and I am grateful for everything,

  It was our first time in Tanzania and they made it a trip to remember as we trekked through the Machame trail with our guides Baraka and Kabona. The crew made our trip stress free as they tool care of our welfare and took care of the chores, setting up of camp, cooking, food and they also took us in as part of their family. Everything was well organized and went as spelt in the itinerary, however nothing could have prepared us for the later sections of the trek. It was really tough and our bodies could hardly move owing to fatigue and low oxygen level. Our crew came through for us as they cajoled and motivated us to keep going in the tough terrain. I almost gave up because of mild ALS but with Kabona's help I did reach the summit. The experience was one of kind for which I am very grateful to the crew and Tanzania Wildlife Adventures for being so wonderful.

  Going on the Kilimanjaro trek was not only refreshing but also a welcome change. We enjoyed the course despite the tough terrain and low oxygen levels. Our guides - Justus and Brandon worked tirelessly to ensure that we were safe, comfortable and also enjoyed the experience. I was close to Justus and he was well spoken and freely shared his knowledge of Kilimanjaro and Tanzania in general. They were always on top of every situation as they closely monitored our progress and health. The food was really good and I couldnt help wondering how Jamal our cook managed to do such great dishes in the limiting mountain conditions. We both managed to summit on the 10th of February which was a great accomplishment on our part. Thank you all for the fantastic support.

  My brother and I booked our Kilimanjaro trek with Tanzania Wildlife Adventures. Communication with the company was smooth and straightforward. They were flexible and let us change the dates a couple of times owing to scheduling and flights availability. We paid and when we arrived in Tanzania we found that our hosts were waiting for us having made all the arrangements. Our crew led by Eric was exceptional. hey did an amazing job of taking care of our safety, comfort and welfare as they led us to the mountain summit. We loved it and I highly recommend it

  In a nutshell we had a phenomenal experience on Kilimanjaro. The guides led by Lema were not only great from the many years experience of successfully leading climbing parties safely to the summit, but they also took our comfort and welfare very seriously. We enjoyed great views and lovely trekking, but let no one fool you that its an easy undertaking. The altitude and cold makes it very tough and labored and I would advise that one goes with an operator that has the right people and equipment. Asante Sana

  The entire process of booking our Kilimanjaro trek with Tanzania Wildlife Adventures was smooth as our Trip Designer Yusuph was thorough and prompt with the communication. They did a stand up job preparing for our trek as we found all the logistics plus crew of guides, porters and cook ready for us. The actual trek was tough but we had an excellent support system with us. The guides led by Francis took excellent care of us. They kept close watch of our health, ensuring that we did not get altitude sickness or any other issue that would jeopardize our health. The food was exceptionally good and tents spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this Tanzanian company for Kilimanjaro trekking

  This trip was a dream come true. I had heard about Tanzania Wildlife Adventures from a friend so I had no worries when signing up, and they did not disappoint. I joined a group with 4 other climbers. The crew was highly experienced and treated us well as part of their family. The crew was led by guide Juma assisted by Charles and Filbert. They were knowledgeable about the route and closely monitored our progress and response to the high altitude and acclimatization program. We ate well and slept in nice comfortable tents. I am really happy with the overall experience from my successful summit on the first attempt. A huge thank you to the entire team.

  We totally loved our Kilimanjaro experience in Tanzania. We are novice climbers in excellent shape and I think we had underestimated our capabilities because we had a relatively easy time on the trail and did not suffer from altitude sickness. I think that having a great crew supporting the trek also played a huge role towards our successful summit. The crew of 9 did an amazing job in supporting our trek. They helped with the luggage, food, health checks and overall strategy and it all went well. A big shout out to Senior guide Mmari who led the climb. You and your people are amazing!

  Tanzania Wildlife Experience created a fantastic trekking experience on Kilimanjaro. The whole booking process with Zayina was smooth and straightforward. The actual trek was amazing from the excellent support service by our crew led by senior guide Bakari. His knowledge of the mountain from the years of guiding made him invaluable as he knew what to do at all time. The crew were friendly and treated us well, as they accommodated our varying capabilities in the regiment and made sure that we stayed safe throughout the tough climb. They really handled everything expertly with care and I recommend Tanzania Wildlife Adventures without any reservations!
