- KSKathryn· October 19th, 2023This trip was definitely an experience I wasn't totally prepared for. The accommodation was suitable. Some better than others. El pueblito in Iguazu, Argentina was a highlight. Most day tours I was the only English speaking person. I recommend learning more Spanish to learn and understand more. Most places, as well as taxis and Ubers only accept cash. But ATM's can be hard to find. Do not trust taxi drivers. Especially in Argentina and Chile. I was pleasantly surprised how safe I felt in Rio. Not so much in Chile. Overall, I enjoyed my trip. But will do more homework about each country prior to visiting. I've met some amazing people from all over the world and had some unforgettable times. Just be prepared and ask lots of questions before committing to this tourShow moreHi Travel Argentina commented on this reviewHi Kate, thank you for sharing your experience!Trip date: October 2023

Asked on April 13th, 2025Do I need a visa to enter Brazil or any of the other destinations? I have a uk passport
- P
Pauline
Traveler•Written April 2025Will I be with one group the entire time?
- Hi Travel ArgentinaOperator•Written April 2025
No, you don't need a visa for Brazil, Argentina ir Chile having a UK passport! Our tours are not Group Tours, are for independent travelers. The day trips in each destination are group day trips, but from destination to destination you are going on your own using public buses. If you take hostel accommodation, it gives more opportunities to know fellow travelers. If you take hotel accommodation, you get more comfort but less social life.

We have a Blackout due to Christmas and new year eve. Many buses and tours dont depart on those dates. Our last departure would be on December 4.

Asked on January 4th, 20251. In the room option, if we choose double room, will we still put on the dorms for 13N? 2. Saw the itinerary map; is there any chance that we travel pass Paraguay or Uruguay area (where there will be immigration point) to travel to our destination? I read the itin, the destination only Argentina, Chile, Brazil, so I know 3 countries only. But saw the map, makes me wonder. So kindly clarify. 3. This tour runs everyday? Even with 2pax? 4. What is the best month (no rain¬ too hot) to travel to this region? 5. Bike tour in Chile, if we don't want to ride the bike, what will be the alternative?
- Hi Travel ArgentinaOperator•Written January 2025
1. If you choose double room we'll book double room for this tour. 2. You'll only visit Argentina Brazil and Chile but you can add a day tour to Colonia del Sacramento (Uruguay) from Argentina. Let me know if you would like a quote. 3. This is not a group tour. It's an independent tour. This mean you will be sharing services but there won't be a guide or group to share the same itinerary. 4. March, April, September, October, November. 5. We'll need to check if there is a city tour available for those days but it would have an extra cost.
