- CBChristine· May 15th, 2024This is a mixed review. The black and white desert is amazing - truly a special place and I urge anyone who has to opportunity to go and experience the magic. I would also urge people to do the 2 day rather then the 3 day tour. Our second day consisted of being brought to a hotel (and assigned a windowless room) at 9 am, being picked up at 1, lunch till 2, and then a “tour” of a palm grove, a salt lake (where there was apparently no swimming), seeing some formations, and then a climb to the“English house” which provided a panoramic view of the oasis. All of the “activities” were pleasant enough but by 5.30 our guide announced that was all there was to see. So back to the hotel. Our frustration was in part due to having received an itinerary from the company about the second day that was not respected at all. We simply did not see the things we were supposed to. As such - notwithstanding a lovely night in the desert - i cannot recommend this company.Show more
