Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Bari/Barletta
You'll arrive in Bari or Barletta and get to your hotel by 4:00 pm. After checking in, you'll meet your guide for a welcome cocktail and get an overview of what's ahead. Dinner happens at the hotel, so you can settle in and relax after traveling.

Trani to Monte Sant'Angelo
Following breakfast, you're heading to Trani to walk through the historic center and see the Cathedral of San Nicola Pellegrino and the Swabian Castle, then grab lunch at a local spot. From there, you'll travel to Monte Sant'Angelo to visit the Sanctuary and Cave of Saint Michael the Archangel (a UNESCO World Heritage site). You'll head back to the hotel for dinner.

After breakfast, you'll take a guided walk through Vieste's historic center, which has narrow alleys and views of the sea. Lunch comes at a local restaurant, and then you're traveling to San Giovanni Rotondo to visit locations connected to Padre Pio, an important spiritual figure from the 20th century. You'll return to the hotel for dinner.

Barletta and Bari
Following breakfast, you'll walk through Barletta's old town to check out the Norman Castle, Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore, and the Colossus of Barletta. You'll also visit a traditional oil mill for a taste of famous Altamura bread. Later in the afternoon, you're heading to Bari to explore its historic center, where you can see the Basilica of San Nicola. Dinner wraps up the day.
