Itinerary
- Day 1
Lisbon
You'll arrive at Lisbon International Airport and head to your hotel to settle in. From there, the afternoon and evening are yours to explore the city on your own terms. Wander around the Portuguese capital's colorful streets, check out the historic buildings, and try some local food. It's a good chance to get your bearings and start feeling out the neighborhoods.

Lisbon
After breakfast, you have the full day to explore Lisbon however you'd like. Walk through the pastel-colored houses and winding cobbled streets, visit some museums, or just soak in the vibrant cultural scene. If you're interested, there's a 40-minute train ride to Cascais, a coastal town nearby that's worth the trip if you have the time.

Lisbon to Fatima
You'll head to Fatima after breakfast, which is about a drive into central Portugal. The main sites here include the Sanctuary of Fatima, the Capelinha das Aparições where the Virgin Mary reportedly appeared in 1917, the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, and the modern Igreja da Santíssima Trindade. The afternoon is free, so you can walk around and explore at your own pace.

This is another free day in Fatima and the surrounding region. You can revisit the sanctuary if you'd like, explore the Natural Park of Serra de Aire e Candeeiros on your own, or book optional excursions to nearby medieval monasteries in the area. It gives you flexibility to see what interests you most.

Departure
