An enjoyable and good value trip. Some suggestions for a slight improvement as there seemed to be some confusion at Tour Radar as to what should take place after the tour finished in Turnu Maguele. I was informed that the only option was to travel by bus to Bucharest Airport at a cost of €200, when in fact many travellers wished to travel to the centre of Bucharest. On board the Crucemundo representative advised this was possible for €100 for two people. I did receive a credit for this but feel it would be betters to include one or two nights in Bucharest as part of the trip.I would also suggest some food options as not everybody wants to st down at 13:00 and 19:00 for a four course lunch/dinner. The organisation was very good, cabin excellent and tours and guides very good

My experience with Crucemundo was a blend of highs and lows, and I truly empathize with how this journey could impact others. The staff, though facing resource limitations, were always kind and genuinely eager to assist, which is commendable. However, I felt a deep sense of disappointment regarding the food. As someone who loves seafood, it was disheartening to find the menu filled with cheaper options like frozen swai and tilapia. It was only on the last night that I enjoyed a meal, while the breakfasts were repetitive and lacked excitement. The salads were the one redeeming aspect of the dining experience aboard the MS Fidelio. I understand how crucial good food is to a cruise experience, and sadly, the overall quality left much to be desired, influencing my decision not to book with this cruise line again. When I shared my concerns with the tour manager, I appreciated his friendliness, but I was left feeling unheard when he suggested I talk to the kitchen staff. Unfortunately, their response was that the menu had been set in advance and changes weren’t possible. It was tough to skip lunch and dinner on numerous occasions, and I often found myself having to settle for salad and ice cream for dessert. Desserts were consistently some type of mousse, and the sides were monotonous—one day pureed carrots, the next, carrot soup. I feel frustrated by the lack of variety, as I experienced the same cold cuts and cheese repeatedly. It’s challenging when your expectations for meals aren't met, and I truly hope the cruise line takes this feedback to heart.

Staff was excellent. Friendly attitude and eager to assist with any issues. Food was underwhelming. Most of the vegetables were Marginal seemingly from the frozen food section of a budget market. The chef(s) did not understand vegan dietary guidelines but tried their best. Many passengers had gastrointestinal issues on the trip. Perhaps Norovirus. The itinerary was good but had little time in Bulgaria and no stops in Romania except to disembark. I cannot recommend this trip due to a lack of investment from the cruise line in high quality cuisine.
