What people love about Portugal Tours from Lisbon
- Best of Lisbon and The Azores: City and Nature Wonders
My wife and I have just returned early from a trip that incorporated a tour through Lisbon and the Azores organised by Portugal Travel Center. Although the outbreak of the Covid19 pandemic prevented us from completing the tour, we were highly impressed by the thoughtful and meticulous pre-planning provided by the company, the quality of all bookings and recommendations as well as the attention to our welfare during the growing emergency. The cancellations and refunding of some unused portions of the tour were efficiently and quickly completed with a minimum of fuss. I cannot recommend this company too highly.
- Best of Portugal
My trip was wonderful. I am a very lucky person as a single traveler, covid intimidated all the other booked travelers and I experienced a wonderful tour for one. My driver was John ( not his correct name but that is what I called him). John was the driver and my guide as well as he dealt with any problem that came up. He was very knowledgeable but not over powering with dates and facts, which I would not of remembered any way.. He left room for you to ask questions. He was funny, enjoyable to talk to and really likes what he does and it really shows in his enthusiasm. Every stop was worth getting excited about. I love taking photos and you CAN take photos in Portugal. All Covid precautions were taken throughout the tour and of course the use of common sense. It was really the time to see the country as lines were short and all the attractions were not packed. The churches and cathedrals are amazing. They are working on more variety for the tour as things get back to normal. The hotels chosen were really nice, clean, all covid 19 safe checked, registering were very easy. John always seemed to get us close to the front door. The restaurants were all open, with a wide range of choices. Very satisfied with the food and the prices. Any one considering a trip to Portugal, this is the BEST of Portugal from North to South. My tour ended today and I was excited to let everyone know going forward this was one great tour and well organized tour. Guides and host play a big part in all of us enjoying our tour and this company have great people to ensure you end your trip as excited as I am.
