The organization was great she updated us everyday on the plans, gave us intros for every country, made sure we were never late, and no one was left behind. Tess followed the itinerary to see that we experienced every landmark and activity that was promised. She was adaptive whenever obstacles occurred and consulted with the group to let us know if anything changed to make sure we were okay with them. Her kindness and energy is unmatched. The itinerary was overall super complete, we got to experience the most of every city we visited (both turistic sites and not so turistic but equally wonderful sites). Tess was our tour guide and I must say she is one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. Not only was Tess patient and kind but also super positive and optimistic throughout the whole trip. She is extremelly profissional and did an incredible job guiding a group of 19 girls around Europe. In my opinion, Tess is an incredible person with the most energetic and contagious energy. She was always super atentive to everyone, making sure we were all having the time of our lives. I believe this trip was very well organized as everything went pretty smoothly and the balance between planned activities and free time was perfect. All the information we needed was provinded on the right time and the right way. We were also given tips of foods to try and Christmas markets to explore. Where do I start, Gema is an absolute asset to Tru and has treated us all like her family. With Alex by her side they ensured the tour went as smoothly as possible. They always looked after us and ensured that we were having the best time. As someone who is not the fittest, they always waited for me to catch up but didn’t make me feel like a burden to the group. Gema has always checked in with me and made sure that I was ok, anything I needed or any questions I had were always answered. Gema and Alex have become more of a friend rather than tour guides and I will be so sad to leave when the tour comes to an end.
