Itinerary
- Day 1
Paris
You'll arrive in Paris and meet your tour director and fellow travelers at 5 pm for a welcome drink. This is your chance to settle in and get to know the group before your French adventure kicks off.
- Day 2
Paris
The morning is yours to wander around Paris on your own terms. After lunch, you'll join a guided walk through one of the city's iconic quarters to get oriented. Later, you'll board a dinner cruise along the Seine where you'll enjoy French cuisine while the city lights reflect off the water.

Paris to Nantes
You'll head to Nantes, a historic port city on the Loire river. A guided walking tour takes you through the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, Île Feydeau, Place Royale, and the Passage Pommeraye. Along the way, you'll learn about Jules Verne's connection to the city and see the fascinating Les Machines de l'Île project.

Nantes to Cognac to Bordeaux
Next, you'll travel to Cognac for a guided tour of Château Royale du Cognac, including a tasting to understand how this famous spirit is made. From there, you'll continue to Bordeaux where the evening is free for you to settle in and explore at your own pace.

Bordeaux to Carcassonne
You'll travel to the medieval town of Carcassonne and start with an orientation walk along the ancient battlements. The rest of the day is yours to wander through this UNESCO World Heritage site at your own pace and soak in the medieval atmosphere.

Carcassonne to Nîmes to Le Baux de Provence to Marseille
An orientation walk in Nîmes lets you see the Roman Amphitheater and the Maison Carrée temple. Then you'll head to Le Baux de Provence for a visit to an olive oil mill where you'll taste local oils. You'll finish the day in Marseille with free time this evening.
