They went out of their way to handle any emergency as they arose. Chris’s commentary was excellent t and he made the tour a very funny and entertaining experience. The quizzes and musical interludes made for a fun time. We would certainly tour with Chris and Charles again. Unfortunately we could not go to Jasper because of the wildfires but a safe alternative was arranged at short notice. The hotels were all really high quality. We have availability for 4 people on our June 28th departure date. Unfortunately, the hotels that we will be staying at do not have family rooms. We can always request interconnecting or adjacent rooms, which usually is arranged easily with the hotels but I unfortunately cannot guarantee. Otherwise I would recommend getting a quad room that has 2x queen beds in the room. Unfortunately, we do not offer child prices via Tourradar and we unfortunately cannot offer to help with flights as that is something that we do not do.

Asked on October 28th, 2024What kind of coach is used on the tour? My husband wants to make sure that we would be comfortable traveling for long periods with 24 people on a mini coach. Not sure what that is. Where in Vancouver does the tour start? Is that downtown Vancouver or would we need transportation to outside of the downtown area?

The coach that we are using is a smaller in capacity vehicle which means that we have only a maximum of 24 passengers on our tour. The seats however, are still comfortable and there are large windows to enjoy the scenery. We stop about every 2 hours to be able to strech the legs as well. The tour departs from downtown Vancouver so you would not need to find transportation to go outside of the city.
