Itinerary
- Day 1
Reykjavik
You'll head out on a 4-hour northern lights hunting tour departing from Reykjavik in a small group by bus. The tour searches for the aurora borealis across the dark Icelandic sky, and you can pick any evening during your stay to go. If the lights don't show up on your first night, you get a free retry tour, so there's no pressure to catch them immediately. Bring warm layers and patience, as aurora hunting requires clear skies and some luck.
