Regarding optional activities: when guests choose not to participate, there is still the opportunity to explore the towns where these activities take place — such as Vík, Akureyri, and Egilsstaðir — all of which offer plenty of charming streets, viewpoints, cafés, shops, and local sights to enjoy. We will work to communicate this more clearly so guests know what to expect and can make the most of their time. We’re also sorry to hear about your ankle injury — the terrain can indeed be uneven and slippery, and we'll continue emphasizing this in pre-departure information. As for pricing questions and communication from TourRadar, we recommend following up with them directly, as they manage booking and pricing on their platform.
