Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
You'll arrive in Cairo and get transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to do as you like, whether that's walking around the city, spending time at the hotel, or grabbing dinner somewhere with a view of the Nile.

- Day 2
Giza, Memphis, and Saqqara
Head out to the Pyramids of Giza to see the Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus pyramids. From there, you'll travel to Memphis to check out the statue of Ramses II, and then continue to Saqqara to see King Zoser's Step Pyramid, which was the first of its kind.

- Day 3
Grand Egyptian Museum, National Museum, and Islamic Cairo
Start the morning at the Grand Egyptian Museum viewing King Tutankhamun's treasures, some displayed with virtual reality enhancements for the first time. Next, visit the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization and the Royal Mummies' Hall. After lunch, walk through Khan El Khalili Bazaar market, then see The Citadel fortress and the Mosque of Muhammed Ali before the day ends.

- Day 4
Cairo to Aswan, Philae Temple and Aswan High Dam
Fly south to Aswan and check in at your hotel. In the afternoon, head to Philae Temple on Agilika Island, which was carefully moved there in the 1970s and is dedicated to the goddess Isis. You'll also stop by the Aswan High Dam.

- Day 5
Abu Simbel and Nile Cruise Embarkation
Take an early flight to Abu Simbel to see the temples of King Ramses II carved into a mountainside, with four massive statues standing guard. By evening you're back in Aswan with time to wander the souqs, and later you'll board your 5-star Nile cruiser for a 3-night journey.

Temple of Kom Ombo
Sail down the Nile and dock at the Temple of Kom Ombo, which actually contains two temples in one, one for Sobek the crocodile-headed god and the other for Horus the falcon god.

Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, and Colossi of Memnon
Arrive on Luxor's west bank and spend time in the Valley of the Kings exploring the decorated pharaonic tombs. Then you'll see the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon.

Karnak and Luxor Temple
After a relaxed morning you'll disembark to explore Karnak, a massive complex with sanctuaries, pylons, chapels, halls, and obelisks all dedicated to different Theban gods. Later, head to Luxor Temple, built starting in the 14th century BC by Amenhotep III. The rest of your day is free to relax.
