But the boat announcer did not let us know that so we got Off at 7pm walking around on a rainy night looking for xmas markets that were not Open. Too cold/rainy to enjoy top open deck of boat (great in summer!). Had a fabulous time visiting different Christmas markets; very festive (gets more crowded at night)! Towns we docked/visited along the Rhine are all very near the ports; all walkable within a few minutes; we just self toured.
