    We're organizing a tour group for a karate team, kindly guide me if you can manage in this short time all invitation documents for Pakistan nations, or if not so quick, how long will it take to arrange all the documents for obtaining a visa.

Visa requirements are regularly being updated and vary from one traveller to the next depending on nationality and residence etc. For up to date Visa requirments and to see if you qualify for an e-visa please check out the website.

      If Pakistan citizens have shengen visa multiple entry, or american visa, you can travel with no problem. Anyhow, for Pakistan passports is required invitation letter in order to get visa, and we do not issue invitation letters. Please check with embassy and if you need booking confirmation voucher we can send that upon confirmation, but not an invitation letter.

    What modern vehicle do you use? A tourist bus? During the drive from cities to cities, only the driver will be staying with the group?

      Depends on the size of the group, we use minivan for smaller group, and above 7 persons traveling we use sprinter bus. If the group is smaller, up to 7 persons, driver will be english speaking and he will direct and manage the tour plus local guides in the cities. For larger group, in bus, there will be tour manager beside the driver, plus tour guides in the cities.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before September 1st, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 1st, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Tour Mage. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 30 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Tour Mage will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Tour Mage" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
