Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Bucharest
Your local guide picks you up at Otopeni Airport and takes you to the hotel. Once you're checked in, there's a welcome dinner at the hotel to kick things off.

- Day 2
Bucharest to Sibiu
The day starts with a city tour of Bucharest, where you'll see the Arch of Triumph, Victory Square, Revolution Square, and the Palace of Parliament. From there, you drive through the scenic Olt Valley and stop at Cozia Monastery. Later you arrive in Sibiu for a walking tour of its historic squares and the Liar's Bridge. Dinner is traditional food in the nearby village of Sibiel.

- Day 3
Sibiu to Sighisoara
After breakfast, you head to Medias to see St. Margaret Church and the Tower of the Buglers. Next stop is Biertan to visit its UNESCO-listed Saxon fortified church with Gothic details and a 28-panel altarpiece. Then you go to Sighisoara, the medieval citadel where Vlad the Impaler was born. The walking tour covers the Clock Tower, Church on the Hill, and Dracula's Birth House.

- Day 4
Targu Mures to Gura Humorului
Start by exploring the Old Town of Targu Mures, checking out Rose Square, the Palace of Culture, and the Orthodox Cathedral. You'll then walk through Bistrita before crossing the Carpathian Mountains to reach Bucovina. By evening you're at your hotel in Gura Humorului with dinner included.

- Day 5
Bucovina Painted Monasteries
Today you visit three of Bucovina's painted monasteries. Moldovita Monastery has a guided tour led by a nun, Sucevita Monastery features vibrant frescoes painted by two brothers, and Voronet Monastery is known for its distinctive blue color. After that you head to Piatra Neamt for dinner at your hotel.

- Day 6
Bicaz Gorges to Brasov
You travel through the landscapes of the Bicaz Gorges toward Transylvania and stop at Prejmer, the largest fortified church in southeastern Europe and a UNESCO site. Continuing on to Brasov, the walking tour starts at Council Square and includes the Black Church, which is Romania's leading Gothic church.

- Day 7
Bran Castle to Bucharest
First you visit Bran Castle, the 14th-century fortress known as Dracula's Castle and built by German Saxons. Then you travel to Sinaia to see Peles Castle, the summer residence of Romania's first king, Carol I. Back in Bucharest that evening, there's a farewell dinner with a folk show and wine at a local restaurant.
