- Jane· May 5th, 2025Everything was well organized. We saw the most important sites of Bulgaria and Romania. Guide was very informative. Brandy and wine tasting felt like marketing instead of an experience and didn’t provide any value to those who don’t drink alcohol. Restaurants chosen for the meal package were ok but the pre determined menu didn’t allow for flexibility or preferences. Many of the meals were below average and some were inedible. Looking at the menus at the restaurants, there would have been better choices and it feels like we were paying a premium over the listed prices. Although our small group was fine, there needs to be a disclaimer for physical ability expectations such as being able to walk 2 km or climb several flights of stairs. All hotels should be centrally located near tourist attractions and city centres. All the Bulgarian hotels and some of the Romanian hotels did not have AC working. Made for sleepless nights in hot and humid weather.Show more
