Their knowledge of a variety of topics relative to Peru was impressive, explaining history, landmarks, local customs and more. They were able to communicate well in English, possessed excellent interpersonal skills and accommodated me when I wanted to navigate away from the planned program. They were entertaining, able to improvise and adapt and went the proverbial extra mile on several occasions. My guides were engaging storytellers and shared many little-known facts about Peru.
