Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu to Chitwan
After breakfast in Kathmandu, you'll spend about 5 hours driving through a deluxe tourist vehicle headed toward Chitwan. Once you arrive and check into your hotel near the National Park, grab some lunch before heading out for your first safari to look for wildlife. The afternoon includes a visit to Tharu villages where you can see how local people live, and later there's a Tharu Culture program in the evening before you settle in for the night.

- Day 2
Chitwan
This day is packed with activities throughout Chitwan. You'll ride elephants, do some bird watching, try canoeing on the river, and visit the elephant breeding center. There's also time to walk around and talk with local people to get a sense of the culture. You'll stay overnight at your hotel in the area.

- Day 3
Chitwan to Kathmandu
Head out early for a guided bird watching tour inside the National Park to spot local birdlife. After you've finished exploring the park, you'll make the drive back to Kathmandu by tourist bus, taking the same route from day one. You'll be back in Kathmandu for the night at your hotel.
