- Jean· July 23rd, 2025I booked a 2 weeks trip with Exploria.pk . What a fantastic trip ! And everything went smoothly. Spectacular scenery , beautiful hikes and short treks . I did the Rakaposhi basecamp and Nanga Parbat basecamp trek . Both short treks were amazing . The Karakoram Highway ride to the Khunjerab pass was also spectacular. The driver/guide Rachid was a nice easygoing guy . Despite having a negative travel advice , i didn't feel unsafe in the north of Pakistan . On the contrary , I felt safer than in other Asian countries and most Latin American countries I've visited . Also the people in North Pakistan are very friendly. If you are looking for adventure , spectacular roadtrip and scenery , high mountains , glaciars , beautiful hikes and treks : look no further . Go to Pakistan and consider Exploria.pk as your tour operatorShow more

Asked on September 7th, 2025I'd like visit your great country. I have few questions: -About the Kalash festival, it seems beautiful but one week to see it is not boring? -I think there are one festival at Kalash per season, that's right? -i'd like visit mountains because i like hiking and great landscapes but i'm 54 and not especially an athlet. Which tour i can add with Kalash festival? -Is it possible afterwards to use my Paki visa to visit from Islamabad to the south by my own or your government forbids that?
ExploriaOperator•Written September 2025Kalash community celebrates 3 festivals every year. Chilam Joshi Festival - May 13 - 16, Uchal Festival - August 20 - 22, Choimus Festival - December 15 - 22. These are amazing festivals which are unique and nothing like the rest of Pakistan. You do not have to attend the full festival. Attending it for a day or two is enough and we usually keep 2 days of the itinerary to participate in the event. We are happy to offer tour which combines Kalash valley visit combined with hikes and treks and also explore the beautiful nature in Northern Pakistan. You will get a 03 months visit visa in which you can explore the whole north and south of Pakistan and there is no any restrictions on the south travel.

Traveler•Written September 2025I'd like to travel with you between 7 and 10 days for Kalash festival (2 days) and trekking to look beautiful views. I think i'm too old (54 yo) to hike very hard even i love that. I thought about Skardu land but perhaps you have a better suggestion for me. If it's possible, i'd like to make the trip in end of 2025, but it's too late, perhaps we can do that at end 2026 too.
ExploriaOperator•Written September 202554 is a perfect age for the light hikes in the beautiful north, so highly recommended to do some of the hikes in Hunza and Skardu. December is a good time to explore the north, but it will be cold in the high mountains; all the major landmarks will be open. It is recommended to explore in October or November for a better weather window if the Kalash festival is not mandatory.
ExploriaOperator•Written September 2025August is a good time to explore Hunza, Skardu, and Chitral Valley. We can create a personalised tour based on your travel preferences and dates. If you can take out around 12 days, it's very manageable to cover Skardu, Hunza, and Chitral (Kalash) comfortably. Obtaining a Pakistan visa is also very easy and convenient. You can apply online for an e-visa prior to arrival, and in most cases, it is issued within 24 hours.

Traveler•Written September 2025Yes, I can find 12 days in the north and 12 days also towards the south, which will make me about 25 days in Pakistan. When you talk about personalized tour, is it with a group? A guide? Is accommodation included? And transportation on the road and in the air? What is included and what is not? Of course, I need an idea of the price. Your idea of a private tour scares me a bit because I think if I travel in a group of travelers, Pakistani or foreign, it will cost me less than going on a private tour.
ExploriaOperator•Written September 2025The cost of a 12-day tour will be around USD 3000 on a private basis and USD 2500 for a group tour. We can also revise the cost on your budget.

Traveler•Written October 2025I would ideally like to travel with you for about 8 days on Hunza, Skardu and Chitral. As I want to reduce costs, I do not have the financial means to assume a costly logistics alone, so I willingly accept to be included in a single group or in a 1st group then a 2nd group for the 3 places. Without even talking about money, meeting travelers like me is cheaper but also more fun. I would like to include one or two days in the festival we were talking about. In this case, I can come travel in August (2026) so that the dates coincide.
