    I would like to do the Camping Tour from Darwin to Perth on 21.09.24. Do you know whether it is going to take place? I need to take a sabbatical! And that is the reason why I need to know whether the tour is guaranteed.

      We currently do not have any passengers booked on the September 21, 2024 departure. This trip requires a minimum of 6 travelers to operate. If minimum numbers are not met, you will be advised no later than 56 days out from departure. If the departure is cancelled due to minimum numbers not being met, a full refund will be provided.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before November 15th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 15th, 2025, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Intrepid Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
