Itinerary
- Day 1
Tarifa to Casablanca
You'll leave Tarifa early morning and catch the ferry across to Tangier. Once you arrive, a guide will meet you and you're heading through Morocco. There's a lunch stop in Larache along the way, then you'll continue on to Casablanca where you'll have dinner and spend the night.

- Day 2
Casablanca to Marrakech
After breakfast, you'll walk through Casablanca seeing both the modern and older parts of the city. You'll take in panoramic views of Mohammed V Square, Boulevard D'Anfa, Notre Dame Cathedral, and see the exterior of Hassan II Mosque. Then it's off to Marrakech where you'll check out the Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, and Bahia Palace. You'll wander through the Medina and spend time at Djemaa El Fna Square. The afternoon is yours to relax, though there's an optional show-dinner if you're interested.

Marrakech
You've got a more relaxed day in Marrakech. Either explore on your own or take the optional 4x4 tour into the green valleys around the city to visit some villages and see the Ouzoud waterfalls, which are really impressive at 300 meters high.

Marrakech to Ouarzazate
This is an early start from Marrakech heading south over the High Atlas mountains via Tizi n'Tichka pass. You'll stop for scenic views along the way, then visit Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO fortress-town you might recognize from movies like Gladiator or Lawrence of Arabia. After that, you'll head to Ouarzazate for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ouarzazate to Merzouga
You're traveling through Morocco's gorges and oases today, passing through valleys like Kelaa M'Gouna known for roses and daggers, and Boumalne du Dades. You'll see the 300-meter-high Todra Gorges in Tinghir, then continue through Arfoud with its fossils and dates, and the historic town of Rissani. By evening you'll reach Merzouga and the Sahara dunes. You can watch the sunset between the dunes with mint tea, then stay in desert tents or a hotel.

Merzouga to Fez
You'll have breakfast among the dunes before heading north. There's an option for an early sunrise or a 4x4 tour around the dunes visiting nearby villages if you want. Later you'll cross the Middle Atlas as the landscape changes from south to north. You'll stop in Ifrane, a charming town they call 'Little Switzerland' from the 1930s, then continue to Fez for dinner and overnight.

- Day 7
Fez
A guide will take you through Fez's historic Medina, a UNESCO Cultural Patrimony site and the largest walled old city in North Africa. You'll see the Royal Palace exteriors with its 7 gates, Dar El Makhzen, and the Bab Bojloud gate with its blue and green tiles. The Medina has 2,000 squares and streets with palaces, madrasas, mosques, and fountains. You'll visit Es-Seffarin Square, the 9th-century Karaouine Mosque, the dyers' and tanners' districts, and souks. The afternoon is free, with an optional show-dinner at a typical palace.

Fez to Tangier
After breakfast, you'll leave Fez and pass through Meknes, the old Berber capital where King Moulay Ismail set up headquarters in the 17th century. You can still see the 40 kilometers of walls and the Bab el Mansour gate. Then you're on to Rabat, Morocco's administrative capital. You'll see the Royal Palace exterior, Tour Hassan, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V with its royal guards. From there, head to Tangier for dinner and overnight.

Tangier to Costa del Sol
After breakfast, you'll board the ferry back across the Strait of Gibraltar to Tarifa. From there you'll get a transfer to where you started, and your tour guide will say goodbye. That's the end of your services.
