We would like to clarify a few details regarding the development of the tour. The duration of the stops in each city is determined by the guide, depending on the group, traffic conditions, and the departure time from Madrid. In this case, we believe that extending the stop in Bilbao was beneficial for the passengers, as it allowed everyone to enjoy this wonderful city more calmly. Furthermore, according to the official itinerary, the visit to the Guggenheim Museum does not include entry inside, but rather a stop to admire its impressive façade and surrounding area. We apologize if this information was not clear enough at the time of booking. Regarding the language, please note that our guides provide the same information in both Spanish and English, although due to the natural differences between the two languages, it may sometimes be perceived differently. Nevertheless, we will speak with our guides to reinforce the importance of maintaining clear balance and consistency in their explanations. It is also important to mention that this is not a closed tour, but rather a main tour composed of several combined routes, which means that some passengers may join or leave the group in different cities. The buses are adjusted to the number of travelers for each segment, so sometimes a smaller vehicle may be used. We hope that, despite this, you were able to travel comfortably. Regarding your comment about the tour starting in Lisbon, we would like to clarify that the itinerary indeed specifies departure from Lisbon, but it does not include sightseeing activities in Portugal. As detailed in the program: 1st Day (Saturday) LISBON – CÁCERES – SEVILLE (575 km) Departure from Lisbon at 7:30 a.m. towards the border with Spain and to the region of Extremadura, arrival to Caceres. Therefore, the starting point is Lisbon, but the sightseeing portion of the tour begins in Spain, as clearly stated in the official itinerary. We regret any confusion this may have caused and take note of your comments regarding the optional activities and local establishments, as we continuously strive to improve our travelers’ experience. All our guides are instructed to provide the same information in each language. Normally, they deliver the explanations in one language and then repeat them in the other. Regarding the language issue during the tour, we completely understand your concern about receiving less information in English. Our goal is always to ensure that all travelers enjoy a full and enriching experience, regardless of language. We regret that at certain times the communication may not have been balanced. We have already shared your comments with our local operators and guides to reinforce the attention given to English-speaking travelers and ensure more equal explanations in future tours. As for the hotels in Morocco, we understand your disappointment with some of the accommodations. However, it is important to keep in mind that hotel standards and star ratings in African countries, such as Morocco, differ significantly from those in Europe. Even when a property is locally rated as “five stars,” the level of infrastructure, maintenance, or service may not correspond exactly to European expectations. Nevertheless, we sincerely regret the issues you experienced with the air conditioning and the staff, and we have reported your case to our local partner so they can follow up with the hotel and take appropriate action. Concerning transportation, we understand that the minibus used in some rural areas of Morocco may have felt less comfortable than the larger coaches used in other parts of the trip. This is mainly due to the road conditions and logistical constraints in certain regions, where larger vehicles cannot easily access. However, we will review this matter with our local provider to assess possible improvements. We truly regret that these aspects affected your overall impression of the trip. We do, however, appreciate that you mentioned the good work of some of the tour operators, which shows that many elements of the service met expectations. We hope that, despite the inconveniences mentioned, you were still able to enjoy the cultural, scenic, and human richness of Morocco — a destination with its own unique identity, quite different from European standards, precisely because of its authenticity and character.
