Our tour was plagued with an overall lack of communication. It was a bilingual group and the English information was very truncated. The bus in Morocco was old, small and uncomfortable. Many of the seats were duct taped and it was either extremely hot or cold in the bus. The bus issues were important because so much of the time was spent on the bus.Show moreTrip date: February 2018

Asked on June 12th, 2024Do you pick us at our hotel or a designated spot in Malaga? Do the buses generally fill up full? I see you can have a max of 50 people. In the reviews they speak of the buses being in poor shape for comfort. Have you made any improvements?

Julia TravelOperator•Written June 2024You need to be at the pick-up point (depending on the hotel class) For class A: pick-up point at the entrance to the SOL DON PABLO hotel For class T: pick-up point at the entrance of the hotel SOL PRINCIPE. The maximum number of people in a bilingual tour depends on the departure date. We also have English-language tours with a maximum of 24 people.
