Start early with a morning yoga session at a nearby studio. After breakfast, your driver and guide pick you up for a half-day tour hitting the Grand Palace and Reclining Buddha, then move through the canals by long-tailed boat and check out local markets. Later in the afternoon, head to SO/ Spa for a 90-minute Jade Therapy Massage to unwind.

By evening, climb aboard a special dinner cruise on the Chao Phraya River, taking in famous cultural sites while having Thai cuisine.

Bangkok to Chiang Mai

Once at the resort, sit down for a wellness consultation and have personalized wellness cuisine. The day wraps up with a 60-minute reiki and aura cleansing session to help you settle in.

Then you'll head to the kitchen to prepare local dishes. Back at the hotel, choose a 60-minute spa treatment from Chi Nei Tsang, Metta Reflex, or Lymphatic drainage.
