Regarding your dietary requirements, our tour leader discussed the dining menu with you at the commencement of the trip and we have tried our best to accommodate your dietary needs throughout our 13-day trip. There were few instances where the restaurants were unable to accommodate, and we are actively working with them to improve on this aspect for upcoming trips. Travelling to remote areas like Takayama also pose some challenges with non-English speaking restaurants/menu but it is a part of the travel experience in Japan.
