    You'll arrive in Mexico City whenever works for you. At 6 pm, meet up with your group and Tour Leader at a local restaurant for a welcome dinner and to get to know everyone on the trip.

  2. Day 2

    Mexico City

    This morning, walk through Mexico City's Historic Center with your Tour Leader, then head to the National Anthropology Museum to see the collections. The afternoon is yours to do what you want. There's an optional dinner and group gathering later if you're interested.

    Cuernavaca - Tepoztlan

    Head out to colonial Cuernavaca in the morning, stopping at El Salto de San Antón waterfall and the Teopanzolco Archeological Zone along the way. You'll walk through Cuernavaca's Historic Center, then continue to Tepoztlan. Once there, hike up to Tepozteco Archaeological Zone on the hilltop, check out the Historic Center, and try regional food at the municipal market and local ice cream shops before settling in for the night.

    Start your morning at Ex-Hacienda de Apanquetzalco learning about its history and current life. Travel to Cuautla to explore its revolutionary past, visiting the Historic Center, railway museum, and Emiliano Zapata's house-museum. Later, head to Zacualpan to learn about local coffee and aguardiente traditions. You'll finish the day in Atotonilco village, where you can relax in the thermal springs at your hotel.

    Begin at Chalcatzingo Archaeological Zone to see 2000-year-old structures and unique carvings. Then travel to Izucar de Matamoros to visit the 400-year-old Ex-Convento De Santo Domingo De Guzman, take a walking tour, and eat local market food. You'll tour Destileria Ayutla to see how they make whiskey, gin, vodka, and beer with tastings included. End the day exploring colonial Huajuapan de Leon's Historic Center on foot.

    Start with a market food experience in Huajuapan de León. Hike off the beaten path to Reserva Natural El Boqueron with a photo stop at Presa de San Francisco Yosocuta, then hike along the canyon's steep walls and swim in the mountainous river. After that, swim in Laguna Encantada and explore the hidden San Miguel Caves. You'll arrive in Putla Villa de Guerrero by evening for a walking tour and group gathering.

Then travel to Lagunas de Chacahua National Park to visit a turtle nesting beach, see an abandoned lighthouse, and watch the sunset from huge rocks. In the evening, take a night bioluminescence boat tour on one of the lagoons.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
