  Meridian 10 saw to every detail. The E Bikes were of high quality. We felt safe and cared for even though we were in a self guided tour! The hotels chosen were wonderful. Clearly Meridian 10 has a great relationship with all of the people at the hotels and the boat transports as everyone went above and beyond. The bike route through the Croatian islands was beautiful, safe, with few cars. So fun to explore on an e bike. Using a local tour company makes a big difference!

  Really enjoyable experience although the climbs were quite difficult and more suited to a road bike or e-bike. The ‘optional’ longer ride at Hvar should explain that there is an additional cost if you don’t choose to take the longer ride. It was a bit annoying that we had to pay $70 euro just because we chose not to ride to Hvar. Advance notice would resolve this issue. Accommodation breakfasts and hosts were excellent as were the directions. We did not take a wrong turn. Very well organised tour. Would recommend Phil

  I did this tour with two girlfriends and we had such a blast!! We unfortunately decided to come to Croatia in the hottest week of the summer which made riding particularly challenging. For the most part, we had a great experience with Meridien Ten and their partners. I would say that the recommendations in the booklet for eating and drinking all seemed to be on the pricier side, and it would've been good to see some more affordable options. Due to the heat, we also usually spent a good chunk of the day riding, and did not get to attend to the historical sites as much; it might have been nice to have a day in the middle with no riding just to make time to walk around the fortresses. Overall, very good trip and would definitely recommend! Maybe in June :)

  From the accommodations, Croatia sites and information, GPS bike tour maps and navigation, and warm staff hospitality, made our trip a seamless and enjoyable experience.   We had a marvelous time, with an excellent briefing, the bikes went well, accommodation varied and comfortable although Dubrovnik's Villa San rather tight for room.

  The trip was well planned and timing occurred as scheduled. The main issue we had is that we were not provided access to Ride with GPS. Meridian Ten stated in their confirmation email the following would be provided: “GPS navigation for setup on mobile phones - (please note we do not provide mobile phone or phone adapter for the bike)” We were not provided this information after are booking or during the initial briefing. Only after speaking with another group that was on a self guided tour with Meridian did we know of the routes available in Ride with GPS. After mentioning this to our Meridian contact, we were told the following: Hi Dave, RideWithGPS files are sent to clients during the booking process for all who book the tour directly through Meridien Ten, not through other tour booking companies like Tour Radar and similar because sending that type of files and extra informations in general is not part of their booking protocol, they can not accommodate to many different company booking protocols so they take a more simple way of booking and informing clients. When Meridien Ten sends RideWithGPS files during the booking protocol, it is something clients decide if they going to use it or not and download it on their phones before tour even starts, on their own. Anyway, I informed the office about this and you can expect a hyperlink for download soon. Thanks for understanding! Kind regards, Ante We were provided access to Ride with GPS on day 4 and it made a huge difference in our trip. We had paper maps provided during the initial briefing, but with all the rain on the first two days, they were hard to keep dry and not useful. We paid a lot for this self guided tour and was very disappointed that we were not provided access to Ride with GPS up front, either after booking the trip or during the initial briefing. This is such an important item to cover, it’s a shame that they failed to provide us access and even in following up with Meridian after, did nothing to compensate for their error.

  The Dalmatian Coast is beautiful and the 6-day bike tour is a wonderful way to experience it. The route is interesting and diverse (mountains, beaches, historic villages, and vibrant cities). Meridien Ten prepared us well for our self-guided adventure and was responsive when we had questions. The accommodations were excellent.
