She was very knowledgeable about the history and landmarks that she took us to see. She had great recommendations on where to eat at local places. And she knew where all the great places for photos spots were. Nothing was a problem for her. In regards to the tour itinerary, however, I found that the days were too long with many hours spent in the car. To cover the same itinerary the tour needs to be 2-3 days longer to allow for sufficient time to explore the locations, less time each day in the car and more time at the end to rest. The itinerary itself was really great. I really loved Mostar, staying in the old town of Kotor, the local food tour of Tirana and exploring the old bazaars. Some of the hotels were better than others.
